Session Information
August 21, 2023 – June 8, 2024
The 2023-2024 dance season is broken into 10, 4-week sessions. Dancers are automatically re-enrolled into their classes every session unless the studio is otherwise notified by the parent. Written notification of discontinuing a class must be given prior to the start date of the next session in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming session. A parent must visit the main office to complete a class withdrawal form in order for a dancer to be removed from a class. There are no refunds given for students that discontinue taking lessons at any time during the session.
Full tuition is due on the Saturday prior to the upcoming session (see session dates below) . All accounts past due after the new session begins will automatically be charged a $20 late fee. Session 1 tuition will be due at the time of registration along with an annual enrollment fee of $30 per immediate family. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Auto Pay System – Tuition is paid via auto draft from a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Upon registration, all families submit credit or debit card information. Each session’s tuition will be automatically deducted on the Saturday prior to the start of the new session (see session dates below). An email receipt will be sent as confirmation of payment.
Low Enrollment – Classes are subject to close at any time if the class does not fill or enrollment numbers fall below the required number of students necessary to run a class.

Prices Per 4-Week Session
Tuition rates apply to all classes whether they are 45 or 60 minutes in length. To calculate a family tuition, treat each dancer as an individual. Figure the individual’s tuition rate and then add all dancers’ tuition together for family tuition.

Class Makeup Policy – In the event of a missed class, students are welcome to take any class that coordinates with their age, even if it is a different style or takes place at another location. Please sign up for the makeup class online, and see the front desk upon arrival for a makeup class pass. Missed classes must be made up within 4 weeks from the date of the absence..
Snow Day Cancellations – If the studio closes due to extreme weather conditions, dancers are welcome to take any class as a makeup class, provided it coordinates with their age level. Makeup classes may be in a different dance style, and dancers are welcome to makeup at either the LaGrange or Countryside location.
