Tuition & Policies
Tuition Payment Details
Full tuition is due on the Saturday prior to the start of each session. Accounts with outstanding balances after the new session begins will incur a $20 late fee. Tuition for Session 1 is due at registration, along with an annual enrollment fee of $45 per immediate family.
Auto Pay System
Continuous Class Enrollment
Dancers are automatically re-enrolled in their classes each session unless a parent notifies the studio otherwise.
Low Enrollment – Classes may be subject to cancellation if enrollment falls below the minimum required to operate.
Snow Day & Holiday Cancellations
If the studio closes due to extreme weather conditions, dancers are welcome to take any class as a makeup class, provided it coordinates with their age level. Makeup classes may be in a different dance style, and dancers are welcome to makeup at either the LaGrange or Countryside location.
Holiday Closures: Tuition already reflects scheduled holiday breaks, so no make-ups are needed. Labor Day and Memorial Day are the only holidays eligible for make-ups.
Weather Closures: Classes canceled due to extreme weather are eligible for make-ups.
Withdrawal Policy
To discontinue a class, written notification must be provided before the next session starts to avoid being charged for that session.
Parents are required to complete a class withdrawal form at the main office for a dancer to be officially removed from a class. Please note that there are no refunds for students who discontinue lessons during a session.
Refunds/Credits: Missed classes may be made up, but no refunds or credits are offered.
Class Makeup Policy
Make-Up Limit: Dancers may schedule 1 make-up class per month for each enrolled class.
Reporting Absences: Report absences in advance through the Parent Portal. Instructors will record absences as well.
Scheduling Make-Ups: Make-up classes can be scheduled in the Parent Portal or with the front desk, with at least 2 days’ notice. All make-ups are based on availability.
Make-Up Deadline: Make-up classes must be completed within 6 weeks of the missed class.
April/May Absences: Absences during these months may only be made up in our June/July summer session.

- 1 class per week: $88.00/session
- 2 classes per week: $168.00/session
- 3 classes per week: $240.00/session
- 4 classes per week: $320.00/session
- Single class drop-in rate: $25.00/class
- Annual family registration fee: $45.00/family
