Make-Up Class Policy
Make-Up Limit: Dancers may schedule 1 make-up class per month for each enrolled class.
Reporting Absences: Report absences in advance through the Parent Portal. Instructors will record absences as well.
Scheduling Make-Up: Make-up classes can be scheduled in the Parent Portal or with the front desk, with at least 2 days’ notice. All make-ups are based on availability.
Make-Up Deadline: Make-up classes must be completed within 6 weeks of the missed class.
April/May Absences: Absences during these months may only be made up in our June/July summer session.
Holiday Closures: Tuition already reflects scheduled holiday breaks, so no makeups are needed. Labor Day and Memorial Day are the only holidays eligible for makeups.
Weather Closures: Classes canceled due to extreme weather are eligible for makeups.
