On Sunday, December 13, your dancer is asked to participate in the Impact Dance Studio holiday show entitled “Winter Wonderland” at Hinsdale Central High School. The show will begin promptly at 2:00 pm and last for about one hour and fifteen minutes. The auditorium doors will open at 1:15 pm. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will not be sold in advance. A $5.00 per seat admission fee will be collected at the door on show day. 100% of the show proceeds will be donated to Chicago Children’s Charities. With your help, we hope to feed and provide gifts to many less fortunate families this holiday season.

All dancers are asked to arrive, in costume, by 1:30 pm and report to the cafeteria. There will be plenty of helpers there to direct you to your class’s table. We will have coloring books and activities for the children to do while they await their turn onstage. It is very important that you do not check your child in and then take them with you to sit in the auditorium; all children need to be accounted for at all times. There will be at least one adult and two older dance student supervisors for each class. If you feel that your child can not be left alone, we ask that you please stay with them in the cafeteria during the performance. Please wait until the entire show is over before returning to the cafeteria to retrieve your child. Everyone would like to see their child perform and entrances & exits during the show can be very distracting. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

For the safety of the dancers, flash photography is not allowed during the performance. However, please feel free to take pictures in the cafeteria and onstage after the show is over. Video camcorders are allowed, but please make sure you are courteous to those sitting behind you. Everyone wants to see the show, so please no standing in the aisles or kneeling on the seats.
