August 23, 2010 – June 18, 2011 Tuition Information
At Impact Dance Studio, tuition is paid by 4-week sessions. Students are not charged for weeks the studio is closed (Thanksgiving week, winter break, spring break). These weeks are omitted from the tuition calendar. An annual registration fee of $30.00 per family will be collected at the time of registration.
Auto Pay System – Tuition is paid via auto draft from a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), debit card, or bank draft from a checking or saving account. Upon registration, all families submit a credit card or bank draft information. Each session’s tuition will be automatically deducted on the first day of the new session. An email receipt will be sent as confirmation of payment.
The 2010-2011 session dates are as follows:
Session 1: 8/23/10 – 9/18/10
Session 2: 9/20/10 – 10/16/10
Session 3: 10/18/10 – 11/13/10
Session 4: 11/15/10 – 12/18/10
Session 5: 1/3/11 – 1/29/11
Session 6: 1/31/11 – 2/26/11
Session 7: 2/28/11 – 3/26/11
Session 8: 4/4/11 – 4/30/11
Session 9: 5/2/11 – 5/28/11
Session 10: 5/30/11 – 6/18/11
Tuition rates apply to all classes whether they are 45 or 60 minutes in length. To calculate a family tuition, treat each dancer as an individual. Figure the individual’s tuition rate and then add all dancers’ tuition together for family tuition.

Single Class drop-in rate $15.00
Class Withdrawal Policy – If a student chooses to discontinues any or all classes during the school year, a parent or guardian must visit the main off to complete and sign a withdrawal form. This form must be completed during office hours in the main office with the office staff. Withdrawal forms may not be completed verbally with teachers or over the phone. Withdrawal forms must be completed 7 days prior to the start of the upcoming session. In the event a withdrawal form is completed less than 7 days prior to the start of the new session, the entire session will be charged. There are no refunds given for students that discontinue taking lessons at any time during the session.
