First Steps (Ages 1-5)

Our instructors have created a thorough syllabus for our First Steps dance program, building a dancer’s skills from year to year. Drawing from education in child development, movement therapy, and of course, dance, our syllabus helps little ones develop motor skills and rhythm in a fun, creative, and engaging setting. Our syllabus also ensures a consistent skill set for each level to explore.

All students in our Twinkle Tots, Pre-Dance, and Kinder Combo programs will participate in a Holiday Show in December, as well as our year-end recital in June. Our Hippity Hop, Jazz It Up, and Jazzy Tumble dancers are part of our year-end recital in June. Preparing for a recital is a way for dancers to work on memorization skills, rhythm, technique, teamwork, and much more… they LOVE having something to be proud of, and it shows!
